Beauty Inspiration: Chanel Pre-Fall 2012
With dreadlocks, ornate necklaces masquerading as headbands, and smudged smokey eyes; at the first glance Chanel crafted a nouveau mermaid image. A bejeweled girl washed up along the shore. The actual inspiration for the collection hails from India with its subtle and abstract influences all done the Lagerfeld way. I plan on recreating a subdued smokey eye with a thick lash line and matte rose pink lips.
