This is what I wore to the IFB conference this year. Last year, I wore a fabulous dress and sky high wedges. Sure, my outfit was cool. But, let’s get real - I wanted to saw my feet off by the end of the day. With bow mary jane flats and fake latex leggings (they’re just coated fabric, y’all), I went with a bad girl gone sweet vibe.

Some of you may remember my posts about the IFB Conference and my neat-o Minx manicure. The lovely nail artist, Maisie, would did my fab nails is also a make up artist! With her own cosmetic line!

So, of course I said yes when she asked if I would like to try some of her make up. This lipstick shade is called “All About Sue,” and it’s a really creamy rose pink, which I think looks great on my skin and complexion.

Not to mention, my lips stayed smooth and did not feel dry at all from the lipstick. It’s a very good shade besides my usual reds (that I’ll never give up) but is great for day or with my favorite night-out accessory a la the smoky eye.
