Finally, a new makeup post! Here I am testing out a shimmery natural look. With some new goodies from Glossybox, I wanted to put a look together that could work for day (not too much dramarama) but stays cool for night (drinks, anyone?).

The light lilac powder is perfect for layering, but I am digging it on it’s own. It would also look neat as a highlighter. So far, I think this face of the day is going to make repeat appearances this spring, no?

Cracking Skulls

{ December 28, 2012 }

Sweater: e.vil
Jeans: Loehmann’s
Booties: Aldo
Bracelet: Ann Taylor
Ring: Etsy // gift from my sister

A pink sweater with red and white rhinestones? Oh, honey, I’m all over it like no one’s business. It seems that I can’t look at the camera to save my life, but these were the only decent shots I could snag of myself.

Wishlist Wednesday: Think Pink

In the past, I was rather adverse to pink. It was too bright, too girly. I dismissed it - it just wasn’t me. Lately, I’m coming around to this outgoing hue and I’m a little surprised at myself. Whether you’re into a little bit of pink or a whole bunch, there’s enough for everyone. Perhaps some glitter eye dust, sparkly nails, or be an show-stopper in a cheeky dress.

Wishlist Wednesday: Dress Me Up

With sunny weather looming around the corner (please! soon!), I’ve been eyeing petal pinks, nudes, brassy golds, and ivory whites. Blushy neutrals are sneaking up on my wardrobe lusts lately. When have I ever said no to skull motifs? Here are six pieces for pastel candy color coated dreams.
